BEGINNER SCUBA COURSES

If you can breath through your mouth and move your legs you can scuba dive! Take advantage of your Cancun vacation and learn this life changing sport.

SCUBA CANCUN DIVE CENTER offers 3 options for the beginner diver:

PADI DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING CLASS

For first timers and divers who are not yet certified. (Note: This is the only way that non certified individuals can dive.)

Classes are provided in a fun, safe and very easy way with PADI Certified Instructors who speak fluent English. All classes are done in small groups so that every individual gets personal training.

Check in is at 1130am. Classes begin daily at noon (reservation needed at least 2 days prior)
Note: this is the only way that non certified individuals can dive. After receiving a forty minute class on dive theory, followed by pool training and a pool dive, you are ready to dvie in cancun´s coral reefs or the cancun museum on a 1 tank dive.

All equipment included (except wet suit rental $8 usd).
Price: $88 usd.
Return around 4.30 pm.
If you enjoy the experience you can further your dive education by obtaining your Padi Scuba Diver or Padi Open Water Diver Certification in just one or two more days.

PADI SCUBA DIVER COURSE

With this course you will always be able to dive to a maximum of 40ft without the supervision of a professional.

Includes, Padi manual, log book, recreational dive planner, 2 dives, all gear and instruction.
Price $299 usd.

PADI OPEN WATER DIVE COURSE

Obtain your lifetime scuba diving license while you visit Cancun. Do it in just 3 days!

Day One: Check in at 11.30 am for Theory, Pool Practice and Ocean Dive. (Beginners Dive)

Day Two: Check in at 10.00 am for  more advanced Theory, Pool Practice and Ocean Dive.

Day Three: Depending on each students ability, dives 3 and 4 are done in the morning (check in 9.30 am) or afternoon (Check in 11.30 am)

Includes: Padi manual, log book, recreational dive planner, 4 dives, all gear and instruction.
Price $410 usd. 

KIDS PROGRAMS

8 TO 10 YEARS OLD
Children 8-10 years old can discover the PADI BUBBLE MAKER PROGRAM where they will learn THE basics of scuba diving with professional instructors in a swimming pool.

11 TO 12 YEARS OLD

Children 11-12 years old can enjoy the DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING COURSE or obtain a JR. OPEN WATER DIVER.

12 TO 14 YEARS OLD

Children 12-14 years old can join the DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING COURSE, the JR. OPEN WATER DIVER AND ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER CERTIFICATIONS.

IMPORTAN INFORMATION

All courses include the use of equipment, professional instruction, pool dives and  open water dives.

Does not include a $2 usd national park entrance fee to visit cancun´s national park reefs.

For all these programs please reserve in advance.

Bring a towel, swim suit, (lockers are provided subject to availability) and only biodegradable sunscreens are allowed ( no sunscreen in pool ).
